BE ADVISED, the semi-annual assessment will increase to $114.00 per lot (home) effective January 1, 2021.
Assessments are due on January 1st and July 1st each year. To avoid late penalties please ensure your payment is received by the last day of the following month (for example, the January 1st assessment must be received by February 28th). This has been a challenging year for many reasons but we’re eager to help. If you’re experiencing financial difficulty or are otherwise struggling to meet your assessment obligations, please contact us right away to discuss payment options.
An assessment coupon book will be mailed to all owners at the start of the year to assist with payment remittance. Click here for more information regarding assessments.

COVID-19 Update RE: Common Area Maintenance
Dear Community Members,
As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic and the State’s response have impacted day-to-day business considerably but we are working hard to ensure basic needs are met in each community. Landscapers and other contractors are temporarily suspended from performing regular maintenance so we’re working closely with your Association’s vendors to monitor and develop maintenance contingencies for various scenarios. Irrigation programming and mowing are among our top priorities due to the recent sunshine. As the situation unfolds, we will continue to take the next indicated step to protect your common areas.
As a reminder, all common area clubhouses, playground equipment, and basketball courts (etc.) are closed per health official guidelines. A notice will be distributed when these facilities become available for use. Residents that suspect a violation of these health official guidelines are encouraged to report the incident to crime check.
We thank you for your continued faith and patience as we all work through these challenges together.
Please feel free to contact our office with questions or concerns.
